Do you want to work as an all-round back office employee in a team of young professionals? We are a growing company and that is why we are looking for someone who would like to work to support our consultants and our clients. And someone who would like to get started as a starting consultant. In the first instance, you help the consultants with various internal processes and the preparation of management systems, which we do with the ProActive Compliance Tool (PCT). You will be the first point of contact for customers who have (technical) questions about the PCT. You also have an important role in the further development of the PCT, because we think it is important that we continue to improve our services. We like to give people a lot of responsibility and think it is important that you can express your own ideas.

What does your day consist of as an All-round Back Office Assistant?
You are certainly not alone, you are part of a great team. You also receive support yourself, so that you can grow further, gain more knowledge and carry out your work more confidently. So that you can give demos to customers yourself, you first do that with a colleague. We think working together and working together is very important.
Because we are a small and flat organization, it is important that you enjoy taking on various activities, from planning, providing training, supporting internal processes to thinking along with customer questions about our own application. If you have an affinity with certification and compliance, this is a great opportunity to grow as a starting consultant.
Your work
-
You support the preparations for sales activities, preparing quotations or answering customer questions about the quotation.

You support customers with questions about our software tool the PCT.
-
You help our consultants with technical questions and the design of customer processes in the PCT.
-
You create and manage demo and customer environments.
-
You support in giving demos and training of the PCT to (new) customers and keeping our training material up to date.

You monitor the planning of the sprints.
-
You think and work proactively to improve the PCT.

You support management and consultants to perform their duties and there is enough room for your ideas.
Who are you?
-
You have at least a relevant MBO 4 education.
-
You have an affinity with certification.
-
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
-
You are available 24-32 hours.
-
You like to work alternately at the office or from home.
-
You are in possession of a driving license and can present a VOG.
-
You preferably live in the Maarssen/Utrecht area.
-
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
-
You enjoy planning, organizing, listening and helping.

You are accessible (customer contact).

You dare to take responsibility.

You didn't fall on your mouth.
