Managed Services

With the Managed Services contract, Protify supports you during the entire year and not just on a project basis. We handle a lot of certification and compliance related work for you, which saves your organization stress and time. We prepare you for the upcoming audit and maintain the required documentation. 

The Managed Services include: 

• Internal audits

• Assistance during external audits with the certification institute

• Keeping the certification related documentation up to date

• Monitoring and managing certification related activities

• Coaching someone from the organization who is (going to be) responsible for compliance

• On request: assistance with additional training programs and measuring the expertise of employees 

• During the year you always have the possibility to ask us questions related to compliance and certification

Protify Compliance Tool

We make use of the Protify Compliance Tool (PCT) to keep track of your compliance progress. This tool makes it easy for you to control the processes and documentation required for certification. The tool is customized individually for each client. Read more about the Protify Compliance Tool here.
