Support Specialist

Do you want to be part of a team of young professionals to get started as a support specialist? We are a growing company and that is why we are looking for someone who can work as a support specialist to support our consultants and our customers. You help the consultants during the preparation of management systems, whether or not in the software tool we use for this, called the ProActive Compliance Tool (PCT). You are the first point of contact for customers who have (technical) questions about the operation of the PCT. You will also play an important role in the further development of the PCT. In this new position you get a lot of responsibility and you can express your own ideas.  

 

Your position as a Support Specialist 

As a support specialist you are certainly not alone, you will be part of a great team. You will also receive support, so that you can grow further, gain more knowledge and carry out your work more confidently. Such as giving a demo to a customer and of course you are guided here by a colleague. Because one of our core values is together. Working together and doing together.

Here you will find a summary of the activities of the Support Specialist:

  • You work at the support department in a small team

  • You like to introduce a relatively new product to the market and to think along with the development

  • You offer support in creating and managing demo environments

  • You support consultants

  • You inform colleagues proactively about appointments and progress in customer projects

  • You support the planning for the development within the PCT

  • You test new parts of the PCT before they are implemented in the customer environment

  • You will attend bi-weekly meetings with development partners of the tool

  • You will take the lead in setting up a ticket system within the support department

 

Your profile

  • A dynamic work environment with a lot of flexibility

  • You have a relevant MBO education

  • You like or already have experience on a support desk

  • It is an advantage if you have experience with Zendesk or another ticket system

  • You are available at least 16 hours per week

  • You like to plan, organize, listen and help

  • You are accessible (customer contact)

  • You like to learn new things

  • You are not afraid to speak your mind
